More info If your lashes were applied at another salon, we need to check your lashes before booking a refill with us. During this quick appointment, one of our artists will assess the health of your natural lashes, the quality of your existing extensions, and discuss the best next steps for you.

There are a few things that we need to check, that need to be visualised in person some of which are:
- Your natural lashes have been isolated correctly and they are not stuck together or too much glue was used.
- The extensions have been applied correctly and also not too far from the lash line
- That the weights and lengths used are not causing damage (we will not simply replicate if we believe that it will cause damage to your natural lashes) View less
